The rules for using Delora's site and app, in plain words.
What Delora is
Delora gives general property education and information: guides, suburb profiles, official records about an address, and the costs a government charges to buy. The app at app.delora.ai keeps a workspace for your home search and connects it to Claude.
Not advice
Nothing on Delora is personal financial, credit, legal, tax or planning advice, and Delora is not a licensed conveyancer, solicitor, financial adviser, credit provider, valuer or real estate agent. Figures such as duty, fees, grants and price ceilings are worked out from published rules and what you tell Delora; suburb medians and buyers' reports are statistics, not valuations. Check anything you rely on with the relevant authority or a licensed professional before you sign, bid or pay.
Claude and other assistants
When you connect Delora to Claude, Claude writes the answers, using what Delora returns. Delora can't guarantee what an assistant says. If an answer and Delora's own figures differ, Delora's figures, with their source, are the ones to check.
Your account
You need an account to use the app, and you're responsible for what you and the people you invite put in your workspace. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to share. You can delete your account at any time from the app's account menu; see Privacy for what that removes.
Fair use
Don't use Delora to break the law, to collect other people's data, to scrape the site or the app in bulk, or to get around its limits. Delora may suspend an account that does.
Records and sources
Official records are reproduced under their own licences, named on each page and in the method. They can be out of date or wrong at the source; each one shows its date.
Liability
Delora is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Delora is not liable for loss from relying on it. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded.
