What Delora collects, why, and what it does with it.
Suburb planning-change alerts
What we collect. If you sign up for an email alert on the Rezoning Tracker, we store the email address and suburb name you provide.
Why. Solely to email you when a zoning or overlay change is gazetted in that suburb. We don't sell or share this information with third parties for marketing.
Storage and retention. Stored securely and used only to send these alerts. You can ask us to delete your data at any time and we will remove it; we do not keep it indefinitely.
Analytics
Pages record lightweight, anonymous usage events — for example, that a link was clicked — to understand which guides and pages are useful, via Cloudflare's cookieless web analytics. No third-party analytics vendor receives individually identifying data.
Hosting and infrastructure
Delora is hosted on Amazon Web Services (S3, CloudFront and Lambda) to serve pages and process alert sign-ups. No other third-party service currently receives your data.
