What this tool does and doesn't do: it gives you a structured place to record your own notes and questions while looking at a floor plan or standing in the property. It does not analyse an uploaded image, extract measurements automatically, or verify anything for you — treat a marketing floor plan as a starting point and verify measurements that matter to you in person, as the space-and-layout guide explains.
